I am the wife of a wonderful husband, Troy, and mother to two beautiful daughters and one son, Nolan, who was prenatally diagnosed with Trisomy 18 at 16 weeks. Nolan was born August 27, 2008 and lived with us hear on this earth for about one hour before joining our Heavenly Father.
